WICE Volunteering Opportunity: Volunteering with the Girl Scouts on 5/19!

WICE is volunteering with the Girl Scouts once again at the Camporee at the Ulster Fairgrounds on May 19, 2018. Please find additional information here about the event, and let us know if you are interested in attending. It’ll be a fun event that we look forward to every two years.

WICE Volunteering Activity with Bottomless Closet – April 20th:
The WICE ladies residing downstate have partnered with Bottomless Closet for a volunteering event on Thursday, April 20 at 6 p.m. in New York City. We will be assisting women set up professional LinkedIn and Facebook pages. If you’d like to volunteer at this great organization, please email info@wiceny.com to sign up. Bottomless Closet is located at 16 East 52ndStreet (15th Floor) between Madison and 5th Ave.

Albany March for Babies April 30th: 
WICE is seeking team members to join our WICE Upstate Team at the annual March for Babies walk on Sunday, April 30 at the Empire State Plaza in Albany. Registration is at 9 AM and the 3 mile run/walk begins at 10 AM. To register, please visit our team page at www.marchforbabies.org/team/wiceupny. WICE Volunteering Activity with Girl Scouts – December 10th:
Join WICE members for a day of volunteering for the Secret Agent Challenge up at the Rock Hill Camp in Mahopac, NY. This year the event will be held on December 10th from 10am until 3pm, with volunteers needed as early as 9am. Reach out to info@wiceny.com.com for more details.

WICE has worked with non-profit organizations throughout New York, including Meals on Wheels, Girls Incorporated, Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless and March of Dimes.

Through our conferences, we regularly collect lightly used women’s clothing and accessories for donations and raise funds through raffles for organizations dedicated to helping professional women in need such as Bottomless Closet and Dress for Success.
