This year we will again be participating in the March of Dimes. On Sunday, April 24th, Women in Communications and Energy (WICE) will be walking in the Manhattan fundraiser to help improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, infant mortality, and premature births. The money raised from this event will go towards research and programs that will help moms have full-term pregnancies and allow their babies to begin healthy lives. It will also be used to provide comfort and information to families with a newborn in intensive care.
